I’m Karen Bryant and I’m so passionate about all things HR, recruitment and small business.

I’ve been working in HR and recruitment for the past 11 years, and for the last three of those I’ve been running my own small business, Latitude Recruitment, on the beautiful Limestone Coast.

My team and I work with small business owners, and we’ve found they tend to run into the same problems consistently:
